Statement & Purpose
The purpose is to introduce to the students a meaningful “after school program” where they can learn about photography, in a fun oriented process.
The program will be offered on Thursdays (with the possibility of adding another session on Mondays).
The time is 3:15pm to 4:00pm.
The requirements: Just bring in a digital camera (any digital camera) and join in.

What is offered:
Basic photography skills. (Parts of Photography 101).
- Simple fun techniques to use in taking pictures.
- Panning
- Blurring
- Depth of field
- Stills
- Portrait
- Photo composition
- What is a camera? How does a camera work?
- What is a picture?
- Basic photo editing with PhotoShop (using computers in the Elementary Computer Lab).
